ConnectX Events opened in Mumbai in 2022 but the experience behind it goes back more than ten years. Our founder spent that decade in the events industry, working on everything from family weddings to large company conferences. The same problem kept coming up. Families were chasing vendors the week before the wedding. HR and marketing teams were trying to organise offsites and launches on top of their actual jobs. And the people who had planned these events were too busy fixing last minute gaps to enjoy them.

We started ConnectX to take that work off your hands. Today we plan corporate conferences, offsites, product launches, award nights and incentive trips, along with weddings and private celebrations. We handle every detail, from the venue to how everything looks and runs on the day. Our planners, designers and coordinators start by understanding what the event needs to do. That might be bringing a team together, introducing a new product or celebrating two families, and we make sure it reflects you, your people and your brand.
